Thank you for supporting our farm. We hope you have been enjoying your beef. Ordering can start for beef available this summer and fall.

Our existing customers get priority, so contact us soon to get your order reserved.

Our prices for 2017 are:
Quarter: $4.75 per pound (includes cut and wrap fees)
Half:  $4.50 per pound (includes cut and wrap fees)

A quarter of beef is typically approximately 150 pounds hanging weight.  Customers can determine their own cut and wrap instructions but most people choose to get a mixture of steaks, roasts, hamburger, and stew meat.  We always have hamburger available by the pound.  We are charging $6.25 per pound for hamburger but existing customers receive a discount.
